After many requests, we have made a decision to also include smaller companies from 01 July 2017.

 

SALG assures you of the best possible services as we are committed to deliver the same excellent services that we currently provide for large corporations and JSE companies.

 

We render an additional service to small companies in that you assess their current contracts of employment, policies and procedures or compile procedures where necessary (included in the price).

Companies don’t sign contracts for our monthly retainers and can terminate the agreements without notice at any time.

 

Our practicing attorneys and highly qualified attorneys are available to assist you with support, advice, the chairing of disciplinary hearings, or individual consultations. 

 

Employers have the option to remain members of their current employers’ organisations or SALG can introduce you to a new organisation, this is included in our services.

We are currently a member of an employer’s organisation; do we have to belong to SALG and the organisation?

SALG has agreements with a number of employers’ organisations, we will introduce you to a bona fide employers’ organisation, and this is included in our quoted rates.

 

Is SALG an employer’s organisation?

No, SALG is a private company, but have agreements with a number of bona fide employer’s organisations.

 

You may decide to remain a member of your current employers’ organisation or SALG can introduce you to an organisation; this is included in our quoted prices.

 

Please Note

  • Companies have to be members for 1 month before they can make use of these services. We are committed to assist with current and old disputes at reduced rates.

  • Representation at the Labour Court and Labour Appeal Court are the only exclusions.

  • SALG will, however ensure that you receive the best possible representation at the lowest cost.
