Overview

This training programme is unit standard-based and aligned and is an intermediate-advanced level (NQF level 5) problem-solving and decision-making skills development offering.  The programme effectively blends the theory and practice of rational problem-solving and decision-making with practical application tools and techniques. At the conclusion of this programme, learners will be capacitated to apply the whole brain thinking problem-solving and decision-making processes.
